I intuitively sense that on this Earth we are mind, body and spirit. All three are our temple and here on earth are of equal importance and that finding the balance of these three cornerstones is so very important.

Spirit to me is a concious energy that has momentum, clarity, a non-judgementalness and of course as you come to cultivate a deeper (more spacious) understanding of it love, respect and compassion grow and the interconectivity of everthing becomes more transparent. To me the essence of the Buddha's teachings that Stephen shows us to bring so practically into our lives is the cultivation of this "reflective mindfullness" or conscious energy. Mind to me is the builder on this earth and I directly imply it is the key to karma and free will.

That takes me to the body which is also so very important for it to be healthy and well taken care of. Exercise is one of the best ways to meet that goal and for all of those who have made it a part of their lives know all to well how therapeutic it can be to release the stresses of our lives. Indeed I often find it is even a simpler vehicule to get rid of the inner chatter than meditation.
